The only road,
to the 3rd branch of the second home, a radical communist community founded by
Lifechanyuan, which is located in Shaowan village, Chuxiong city, Yunnan China,
was damaged several days ago. At the same time, the power wires and phone line
were cut off. The story is Shaowan village committee advised that local
government wanted to expropriate our land and asked us to move out.We insist
that if we can be reasonably and legally compensated for the loss, we can leave,
if not, we'll refuse to move away. This is how road damaged, power and phone
line cut off happened.
This is a battle
between civilization and barbarism in the history of human
development.
Government
wanted to expropriate our land but didn’t show us any related documents or
written notice. In addition, they didn’t comply in accordance with the state
land administration law, nor comply in accordance with the signed contract.
Instead they damaged the road and cut off the power and phone line. It is
unbelievable that such things happened in civilized
society.
Who guts to
ignore the laws and try to impose their will on us, also want to clear us off
the village? Local villagers? Certainly not. In the past two years, we never had
any conflict with the local villagers, instead we have good relationship with
them. Is it government? Of course not. Government wouldn’t cut off power and
damage the road. Who else could be? There is no doubt that someone who has a
strong background in the government did these.
If things are so simple then it’s
easier to handle, if someone is interested in our beautiful home which was built
by our hard-working people, they can sit down and discuss directly with us, as
long as the bid is reasonable,we’ll make the way for them. But the problem is
not so simple, the problem is, we’re creating a new life mode for human being, a
radical communist community, it’s called the Second home of Lifechanyuan, which
is the biggest worry by some leadership of the local government,they’re worrying
in case of this community is an illegal organization, in case it colludes with
any foreign anti-China forces, in case of it develops into some special
organization like what have happened in history, then once the central
government demonds for the accountability, the local government is to bear the
responsibility, therefore, the simplest way is to drive away the Second home,
then there is no dilemma.
Then, the local
government could simply ask us to move out. As long as government make the
command, we would act immediately. The problem is this is not an act of the
government, this is only the concerns of a small number of people in the
government.
Very clear, this is a plan
designed by someone who has the back-office support forces from the government
who borrowed the name of government land acquisition and Shaowan village
committee to implement a double-edged sword program. For the local government,it
helps to get rid of the Second home and their worries; to this powerful
figure,he can effortlessly seize our hard-built paradise for
themselves.
So, have we done
anything against the law or are we an illegal organization? One fact can answer
this question.
In 2012, the
local police stations of our 3 branches have sent over 350 policeman to our
three branches and they did the investigation and evidence collection. Also, the
staffs from forest security bureau and the culture and education bureau came and
visited us as well. The fact has proved that we didn’t do anything illegal. If
we have done something illegal, the Second Home would have been banned
earlier.
This is a battle
between civilization and barbarism. To be continued in chapter

LifechanyuanAsks All the Eminent and Community
Leaders for Help
The 3rd branch of the Second Home is
located in a mountain of Shaowan Village ,Chuxiong City of Yunnan Province in China. It was a countryside club
which ran a restaurant before us. Because of
the failure of the profit-making, we bought it and entered into a
19-year contract two years ago.
As soon as we bought the place, we
put over forty people to construct it, including painting all the houses,
rebuilding the toilets , dinning
room and two bathrooms, strengthening the pond, repairing the roads
,cleaning the yards, building the
gardens.We bought and planted lots of flowers and engrafted the pear
trees.We planted more than
3000 monk fruit trees among the mountains,deepened two dry wells to get
water and weeded to flatten a piece
of land for vegetable garden.Moreover, we have bought over two hundred chickens and ducklings to
culture and converted the chicken and pig houses into 16 dorms ,flattening the large and deep hole which is
in front of the chicken house and mading it become a beautiful yard .We also rebuilt an wooden house which
lay on the side of the hill into a view house .

And now ,
the 3rd branch of the Second Home of
Lifechanyuan has already been a heavenly
place which is full of blooming flowers and green trees for 2 years construction.
It's really so clean ,tidy and peaceful
.
We rebuilt this place on such a
large scale because we believed that we can surely live here peacefully before
the contract expires. It is known by us in this world that no matter in which
countries and regions, people can
safely and lawfully live in a place after signing a contract . As long as it
doesn't break through the law ,the
contract shall be protected by law.
But nothing is so
certain as the unexpected. Several days ago ,the committee of Shaowan Village
notified us that the local
government will take over this land for use . The main reason is that the local
villagers don't have enough palces
to live because of the strict policy of governmental managing land . So they
decided to take over this land for
the local villagers to live.
If the government has
the requisition of this land and the estate, we have nothing to
say but obedience. For in China ,
the main culture is still Confucian culture of “the three cardinal guides and
the five constant virtues”,in which
if the king want a courtier to die, he must die.In the same way, if the
government wants the people to die,
they must die. However, the present government loves its people. So they must
not do anything to harm its people.
But the dilemma we
face now is that all the people who are living in the Second Home
of
Lifechanyuan had sold their
own houses and given up their secular jobs. When they decided to live here ,
they had already given up everything
. And now ,if the government will take over this land for use, where can we go
then? Although we have other two
branches , all rooms of other two branches have already been full and the land
area is extremely limited. If all
the people of the 3rd branch are going to live in the other two branches ,we
'll instantly be forced into an
impasse.
We don't want and dare not make the government into difficulty. We totally obey the government's will according to Lifechanyuan’s Values. And doing so is reasonable if the villagers really don't have places to live and then use our land and houses . For this place belongs to the local villagers after all ,and the local government has the responsibility to safeguard the interests of the villagers.
But what can we do
? We have already put a lot of manpower,resources and investments to rebuild it
. It's just nearing completion . If
this place is expropriated now , we do really have no way to go . If possible ,
please let us just live here for
only 3~5 years , so we can find a way to solve all the problems and
everything will be ok then. But now
if we move out , it would be curtains for us
then.
We earnestly hope that the eminent
and community leaders can give us some advice to figure it out . How
can we do to not make things
difficult for the government and help those villagers who have no places to
live and let us have a living way ?
Please help us then !
If the government
use force to take over this land and dispatches a large number of police to
evict us , what shall we do then
?
If the local
villagers drive us away by force , what shall we do then
?
If the local
villagers cut off the only entrance into our Home , what shall we do then
?

This morning, the only road to the 3rd branch of the Second Home of Lifechanyuan was damaged, and the power line was cut off , too. Moreover, the telephone lines were cut off in the afternoon. Dozens of brothers and sisters who are living in the 3rd branch have been trapped in the mountain.
No matter who did it, we won't hate you, for you just don't know what you were doing.
We won't make any complaints to this world, nor the government, nor the society, nor anybody else .Because we trust in the Greatest Creator （God) — the Almighty Creator of all the magnificent universe.We totally believe in the cause-effect mechanism . For everything is working in Tao which is the the consciousness of the Greatest Creator. We firmly believe that all things that happened on us is the best for the arrangement from the Greatest Creator (God) .
We just want to say " thank you " to the one who had planned and done all of these things . For what you had done is to make us — Chanyuan Celestials to know who we really are.
We are the most humble and weakest people in this world. We cannot afford to offend you.Neither shall we appeal to the higher authorities for help nor present any petitions. If it's the will of the Greatest Creator ( God) for us to live in such a way , we'll willingly accept it and try our best to survive here.
We are the most civilized people in the world. Whatever difficulties we will meet , we'll surely choose the most civilized way to solve .
